FoolMoon at Bløm

For lots of Townies, the annual FestiFools celebrations are the true marker of spring. It’s a reason to come out of hibernation, flash some color and dance in the streets with neighbors and friends. The weekend kicks off this Friday with the FoolMoon party. As the creators, WonderFool Productions, describe on their website:

FoolMoon is happening Friday, April 1 from 6 to 10pm with light-filled art + creative experiences in the Kerrytown, Main Street, and State Street districts.  The FoolMoon Stroll + Roll invites everyone to dress up, light the luminaries, celebrate, spread smiles, and share some love with A2 local businesses!

This year's theme--Alice in WonderFools!--invites YOU to imagine + make all sorts of curious creations from Mad Hatter tea parties to flamingo croquet to bread + butterflies!

Luminary processions are back! Dress up + light the luminaries! Meet at dusk at N. University Ave. + S. State St. to parade thru Nickels Arcade to Kerrytown OR meet at the Kerrytown Farmer's Market entrance at Fourth Ave. and join the foolery to Main St.!

We’ll be joining in the fun with lots of festivities this Friday. Come by FoolMoon at Bløm for:

  • an indoor/outdoor silent disco with Whoa Disco

  • Ellen’s Fine Goods pop-up from 6-9pm

  • Build-your-own bouquet of upcycled artificial flowers to carry or add to your costume!

  • Every drink order gets a piece of chalk to chalk 4th Ave
