Head to our online ordering site, add a Restaurant Week Kit for curbside pick-up or delivery between 2/20 and 2/25, and then follow along with us as we make the Mezcal Me Maybe - a Bløm classic! The recipe was created by Tammy of Tammy’s Tastings. Let’s mix it up!
MEZCAL ME MAYBE
Makes 2 cocktails
Kit ingredients:
1 12oz can of Bløm Strong Mead
1.5oz house lapsang syrup
2 limes
2 orange garnishes
Instructions:
Get out two 8oz rocks glasses/old fashioned glasses, or a similar glass of your liking
Open the small container of Lapsang Souchong simple syrup. Measure and pour 3/4oz syrup into each glass
Cut the limes in half (we like to roll them on the counter a little first) and juice them into a small bowl or measuring cup. Add 3/4oz lime juice to each glass
Open the can of Strong Mead and pour 4oz into each glass (the can contains 12oz, so you’ll have 4oz leftover). Gently stir to combine
Fill glass with ice
Garnish with wide orange twist, bending in half to express the oils then wiping the rim. Place the garnish in the glass and enjoy!
