#MuddledMondays - Mulled Cider
From now on, the first Monday of the month shall be #muddledmondays. Because... well, Mondays are usually muddled and thinking about mead + cider cocktails might make them feel better. Each month we'll share a new Bløm recipe with you - most created by the cocktail whiz Tammy of Tammy’s Tastings, some by us, and a few by the internet. So get out your muddlers and let's mix it up.
MULLED CIDER
1 growler (64oz) Bløm Tart Cider
1/2 orange
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp each: cloves, black peppercorns, fennel seed
Use peeler to remove orange zest and cut orange into slices. Add zest strips, orange slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, spices and cider to large pot. Bring to simmer over medium heat, stir to dissolve brown sugar. Turn to low and serve warm.
