Join Vertex Coffee Roasters in a Palate Exploration Class. Kara, owner of Vertex, will lead a workshop to explore the five basic tastes, palate literacy, and the roles that flavors play in coffee. We will be tasting some foods and multiple different coffees. All tasting will be gluten free, vegan, and nut free.

Ticket includes: class instruction, a bag of your choice of coffee, and a 15oz ceramic Bløm mug!

The workshop will take place in the Bløm Mead + Cider taproom. Bløm crafts dry, carbonated, sessionable meads and ciders with ingredients sourced from local Michigan farmers and producers.
