Last month, Girls Pint Out joined us in the cellar to test, dose and finalize the recipe for a brand new release... Blueberry Gose Mead. This International Women's Day batch is sweeter than most of our batches but is so perfectly balanced. Bright acidity, light wildflower honey sweetness, and a small salt addition to create a round, tannic feel.
