Join us in learning how to make authentic Chinese dumplings by hand, led by Rachel the owner of Q Bakehouse & Market! You will learn how to mix and roll wrappers, fill, and pleat 16 pork and cabbage or tofu and kimchi dumplings to take home and freeze for your enjoyment. We will also cook some samples to try at the end of the workshop.
Tickets include: materials and instruction, 16 dumplings to take home, samples, and a 12oz pour of mead or cider (N/A options available), and 10% off to-go products!
The workshop will take place in the Bløm Mead + Cider taproom. Bløm crafts dry, carbonated, sessionable meads and ciders with ingredients sourced from local Michigan farmers and producers. Please note this workshop includes a 12oz pour of mead or cider. Non-alcoholic beverages available upon request.
