Join the owner of Bløm and Chef/Owner Ji Hye Kim from Miss Kim as we learn to prepare gimbap bowls and pair them with light, carbonated meads and ciders.
Chef Ji Hye Kim will lead attendees through making a gimbap bowl, or a Korean sushi rice bowl. She will describe the ingredients, how they’re prepared in the kitchen, and provide instructions on rolling the sushi and assembling the bowls. After making your own, Bløm will provide a flight of 3 session meads and ciders to taste with your gimbap bowl. All included food and beverages are naturally gluten free!
