Curious Coffee by Day

Last weekend I shared a post after spending the day transitioning our taproom from one event to the next. It may be concrete and drywall and secondhand coolers and dings from years now of daily use. But what happens inside of the space sometimes feels remarkable. On that particular day, the taproom was a venue for some lovely regulars and fifty of their friends and family to celebrate their soon-to-be first kiddo. At the same time, it was an incubator pop-up space for Mike and his new coffee company, Curious Coffee. An hour or so after the shower and pop-up, it was a third place yoga studio for fifteen community yogis. And for the next four hours it was a taproom serving drinks and a Restaurant Week menu. Sometimes folks ask if all of the events are worth it. Financially? Sometimes. Not always. But it's impossible to put a price on getting to be part of a community like this. 

For the foreseeable future, Curious Coffee will be popping up in our space every Thursday through Sunday. Mike, owner of Curious Coffee is obsessed with quality (we can relate).
