#MuddledMondays - Mezcal Me Maybe

Broadcasting this #muddledmondays from the meadery! This week we’re sharing the secrets behind one of our faves - the Mezcal Me Maybe. It’s smoky, just a little bitter, and complex. MEZCAL ME MAYBE
Makes 1 cocktail⁠

  • 4oz Bløm Strong Mead⁠

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 0.75 oz lapsang syrup

  • Orange twist for garnish

  • Make a lapsang simple syrup - 1 tea bag per 6 oz of water with 4 minute steep, then combine in equal parts with white sugar. Stir while still hot to dissolve sugar. Combine lapsang syrup and lime juice in 8oz glass. Top with Bløm Strong Mead and fill glass with ice. Garnish with wide orange twist, expressing the oils, wiping the rim, then placing in glass.
